Samples of each batch of incoming raw materials and finished product are checked in the state accredited laboratory of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Poultry Processing (VNIIPP) with the issuance of test reports on microbiological, physical, chemical and other indicators.

Our production is based on the principles of the international HACCP safety system. This allows us to control the process and conditions of food products manufacturing, prevent risks of defects in production, and also helps to prevent risks of contamination of food products at all stages of its life cycle – from the receipt of raw materials to the use of the product by the end consumer.
